Had won 54 bonus spins- Game Bounced me off the Internet even though my Internet was fine and all other devices were connected. Was on spin 35 so I lost all those other spins. Just got message from them giving me 24,000 gif the "issue". I would had won way more than that- no thanks I want my bonus spins reinstated

I won 240 games and suddenly lost connectivity to the server. Went to the website where I read that my spins will be under gifts, and it wasnt. Sent an email and received a generic email back saying "please note, we have not read your email" but your losses should be under gifts because thats what is so great about the game. Of course, Nothing was there still and I have not received any further response after I replied. I have not spent any of my own money at this point and I most definitely never will!

I previously thought that this was the best slots game on the web. But recently Ive been buying more and more coins and I havent been able to win anything! Its so frustrating and unfair. Big Fish you need to fix this!! I refuse to buy any more coins and not win anything.

This is my absolute favorite slots game. I love being able to join others while playing and keep up with what everyone is doing. You can communicate with them and send them kudos for their wins in the mini-games. It feels like you are really in a live game. I love the jackpot mini-games. I could literally play this game for 10 hours out of the day if my chips would hold out! Things I would like to change: 1. I wish the banner wouldnt come down and block your chip balance while you are playing. I want to know my balance at all times. 2. When playing in tournaments I wish you could know how many other people you are competing with and see your standing for the duration of the tournament. Thanks for such a great slots game!

Spend more money on coins than you do at a real casino. Games are fun but coins dont last long. Win a little then drops you down further. 30,000 coins lasts an hour maybe, unless you bet min.
